Sign In Solutions, a provider of cloud-based visitor management and risk mitigation software, has announced the completion of its fifth and sixth acquisitions in just eighteen months.
Backed by PSG, a leading growth equity firm that partners with software and technology-enabled services companies to help accelerate their growth, Sign In Solutions aims to equip organisations with the tools they need to provide a more secure, seamless and confident workplace for everyone.
This announcement comes soon after Sign In Solutions released news of the acquisitions of ThreatSwitch and Pronestor, specialists in cloud-based compliance, approvals and workspace management back in October 2022.
SCR Tracker and 10to8, both founded in the United Kingdom, are among the leaders in cloud-based education compliance, scheduling and appointment management. These strategic acquisitions will complement the company’s core visitor management platforms, Sign In App and Sign In Enterprise, building on their VM 2.0 vision – of the next generation of workplace solutions covering critical areas within the visitor management market.

As part of Sign In Solutions, SCR Tracker, soon to be known as Sign In Central Record, will enhance the safety that can be provided to schools, ensuring that people attending sites have the relevant background checks. While 10to8, which will be rebranded as Sign In Scheduling, will provide advanced scheduling capabilities, enabling the visitor experience to begin long before their visit, reducing no-shows and saving money with fewer missed appointments.
