Linguamatics has released I2E OnDemand, a cloud version of its I2E text mining platform. Featuring the Natural Language Processing (NPL)-based querying capabilities of the enterprise version of I2E, I2E OnDemand offers advanced high-performance text mining capabilities to smaller companies. Initially being launched for use with MEDLINE (Medical Literature Analysis and Retrieval System Online) the online system enables business-critical questions to be answered by extracting relevant facts and relationships from large document collections, in real-time, with relevant context. It will be provided with a range of different vocabularies, ontologies and a library of tested ‘off the shelf’ NLP-based queries, enabling customers to produce relevant, high-quality results from installation.
