Dataworks Development has released an upgrade, version 7.0, to its Freezerworks Basic freezer inventory and sample management software.
Freezerworks Basic helps research and clinical laboratories, biobanks and repositories keep track of their specimen inventories, from sample entry to labelling, reporting and removal. The program includes bar code labelling for general lab as well as cryogenic environments.
Version 7.0 provides users with a more powerful engine that handles more records, along with an enhanced graphical interface that offers increased flexibility when entering and moving aliquots. Also, new more powerful search functionalities make it easier to locate records.
