SIMCA-online 13.1

Umetrics has launched a new version of SIMCA-online 13.1, an off-the-shelf, Windows-based software solution, providing multivariate process monitoring for continuous and batch processes.

A key feature of SIMCA-online 13.1 is the ability to centralize multivariate analysis of process data in one off-the-shelf solution. SIMCA-online 13.1 has a robust client/server architecture with a dedicated server that performs all calculations in real time. SIMCA-online 13.1 visualizes the results and sends them to the client.

Using this advanced software, data from multiple sources — continuous or batch processes, calibration models or soft sensors — can all be collected and connected to the SIMCA-online 13.1 Server, ensuring fast and complete analysis of the process and product state.

The new version SIMCA-online 13.1 includes full capability to re-predict and execute catch-up for both batch and continuous processes. It also includes a greatly improved audit trail for electronic documentation, critical for companies complying with CFR 21 part 11.
