3DBoxx 4150 Xtreme

Boxx Technologies, a provider of high-performance computer workstations and rendering systems, has introduced the 3DBoxx 4150 Xtreme, a compact, professional workstation featuring an overclocked fourth generation Intel Core i7 processor. The latest Intel processors offer a significant performance increase over previous Intel technology while also providing better power efficiency. Boxx states that it is the only workstation manufacturer featuring the new micro architecture safely overclocked and backed by a three-year warranty.

The integration of an overclocked, fourth generation (Haswell) Intel Core i7 processor enables 3DBoxx 4150 XT to outperform its predecessor, the 3DBoxx 4050 Xtreme. Capable of running up to 4.3 GHz, 4150XT also features advanced liquid cooling and a new compact chassis ensuring quiet operation while making it ideal for space-constrained environments.

The new workstation is available with Nvidia Maximus technology which combines the visualisation and interactive design capability of Nvidia Quadro GPUs with the high-performance computing power of Nvidia Tesla C2075 GPUs. Maximus enables users to complete simulation or rendering plus visualisation simultaneously on the same workstation.

Also featuring solid-state drives and a gold level power supply, 4150 Xtreme provides support for engineering, architectural, and product design applications including Dassault Systèmes’ SolidWorks, Autodesk Revit, and other frequency-driven applications. The new workstation also delivers performance for visualisation, 3D animation, modelling, and motion media.
