VSNi appoints Maplesoft president to its board of directors

VSNi has appointed Jim Cooper as it first non-executive chairman. Cooper is CEO and president of Maplesoft, and will help steer VSNi’s planned future growth and development.

Since relaunching in 2003, VSNi’s income has risen three-fold. Stuart Andrews, CEO of VSNi, said of Cooper: ‘He is one of the few people who truly understands the technical software business, balancing the needs of the organisation, the users and the marketplace.’
