Free seminar highlights advantages of LIMS across industries

Accelerated Technology Laboratories and Microsoft are to host a free, educational seminar on the use of Laboratory Information Management Systems to streamline laboratory operations. The event will take place on 21 September, in St Louis, USA.

The seminar will explore the current challenges facing modern laboratories, and it will include case studies of how organisations are automating operations to increase productivity and data quality while reducing operational costs.

This seminar will be suitable for laboratory operations or QA/QC managers in the water, environmental, agricultural, food and life sciences industries. Attendees will learn how to choose a suitable system, the advantages of integrating LIMS systems with enterprise resource planning software, and how to communicate across an organisation with automated processes.

The seminar will be hosted by Microsoft, which provides laboratory database software (MS SQL Server) and Accelerated Technology Laboratories, a LIMS provider.
