CLC bio, a provider of high-throughput sequencing data analysis solutions, is collaborating with Microsynth, a provider in molecular biology and sequencing, to support the Swiss market of high-throughput sequencing analyses. Microsynth will provide all customers receiving high-throughput sequencing data with a license for CLC Genomics Workbench for assembly and downstream sequence analyses.

CEO at Microsynth, Dr Tobias Schmidheini, said: 'Our activities within high-throughput sequencing are growing rapidly and we have been looking for some time for the best way to further support our high-throughput sequencing customers. Establishing a partnership with CLC bio empowers our customers by giving them access to the most user-friendly solution and an excellent cross-platform software for analysing high-throughput sequencing data in the market.'
