Altair announces keynote speakers for HyperWorks conference

Altair Engineering has attracted keynote speakers from leading companies, such as Airbus and Porsche, for its 2009 European HyperWorks Technology Conference (HTC), which takes place in Ludwigsburg, Germany, on 3-4 November.

In total, six prominent Altair customers have confirmed to participate in the conference's keynote sessions. Attendees can look forward to visionary keynote presentations from: Aristotelis Vissaridis, Airbus; Gennaro Monacelli, CNH; Manfred Seiler, Eurocopter; Christoph Gümbel, Porsche; Laurent di Valentin, PSA Peugeot Citröen; and Steffen Bobsien, Siemens Transportations; all of whom will give valuable insight into the use of Enterprise Simulation within their industries. Altair’s CEO James Scapa and Altair’s Vice Presidents for Product Development, Uwe Schramm and Massimo Fariello, will give updates on the future strategic development of Altair and its products within the keynote sessions.

Additionally, Altair has confirmed more than 90 technical presentations from customers from across industries, bringing the total amount of presentations to almost 100. The conference agenda offers 19 sessions focusing on: optimisation, safety, development process, aerospace, manufacturing, composites, civil engineering/nuclear engineering, and multi-body dynamics.
