The HANAMI project, a flagship European–Japanese initiative in high-performance computing (HPC), has reinforced international scientific cooperation by hosting two major high-level events in Chamonix, France. Bringing together leading researchers, policymakers and HPC experts from Europe and Japan, the meetings combined in-depth scientific exchange with strategic discussions on the future of bilateral collaboration.
