LabWare hosts Las Vegas event

LabWare held its 2008 LabWare LIMS University event in Las Vegas from 20-24 October, attracting more than 200 delegates. Topics covered included updates on LabWare's WebLIMS technology, WebServices and Data Migration tools. Parallel workshop sessions were run covering industry specific developments and best practices in areas such as pharmaceuticals, petrochem, forensics, clinical trials, public health, contract analysis and biobanking. The output from these sessions drives improvement of LabWare's successful application 'templates' used to fast-track LIMS implementations in different industries.

The 2008 LabWare University follows previously successful events in South Africa, Brazil and Australia. LabWare considers it very important to invest in the LabWare University in order to ensure effective knowledge transfer from software developers and to harness experience from LIMS implementations worldwide.
