Biomax Informatics has launched a new cloud-based online sequence analysis service. The Pedant Cloud Service offers the accuracy of the Pedant-Pro Sequence Analysis Suite as a subscription service, enabling researchers to load sequences and receive a complete genome analysis online. The analysis results are presented as uniform data sets, which can be easily explored, searched or exported for use in other research workflows. Intuitive online DNA and protein viewers provide a navigational context for browsing the data. All sequences and results are maintained in a private cloud environment to ensure privacy and security.
The Pedant Cloud Service is available now for bacterial and fungal nucleotide sequences. Biomax offers analysis of further genomes and sequence types upon request.
