MetaMorph 7.6 Software

MDS Analytical Technologies has released MetaMorph 7.6. This latest version of the cellular imaging software features new application modules for 3D motion tracking and micronuclei detection.

The new release, compatible with MDS Analytical Technologies' line of cellular imaging products, also incorporates enhanced deconvolution with OptiGrid structured illumination microscopy (SIM), and automated slide handling.

Motion analysis in 3D will allow users to select multiple objects and automatically track their position and velocity within the sample volume

The micronuclei application module allows users to find, evaluate and quantify micronuclei in any nucleated cell. Using additional probes, the module enables users to differentiate between mitotic, apoptotic, and necrotic cells.
