Genedata has released Genedata Screener Version 5.0, an enterprise solution for screen-to-lead research data analysis and management.
Screener 5.0 combines enterprise assay data management with high-performance processing workflows and flexible analysis tools. It provides access to data from other research and drug discovery systems, including low to ultra-high throughput screens, single-point assays and complex high content screens.
The software rapidly analyses, integrates, and manages all assay data, independent of instrumentation, technology, volume or location. Screening data is combined with chemical, pharmacological and in vivo data to generate the information scientists need to prioritise compounds and identify quality lead structures.
Screener’s open and scalable architecture integrates with the existing corporate infrastructure as well as third-party solutions and provides access to information from other corporate sources.
