IQ Technologies has released seven SAP B1 add-ons, developed using .NET, which will help small to medium sized enterprises (SMEs) increase functionality and protect their software investment.
SAP B1 or ‘Business One’ is an integrated enterprise resource planning (ERP) software that targets business software requirements of SMEs.
The first add-on is costing, which helps management determine product pricing, hourly labour/machine rates, calculates manufacturing costs and compares these with industry standards.
The second is plant maintenance, which monitors a wide variety of functions including Category, Scheduled Activity, Activity Carried Out, Machine Breakdown, Breakdown Type and Machine Rectification.
The third is production, with categories monitored including Operation Master, Machine Master, Tool Master, Process Sheet/Component Routing Master, Production Transfer Slip, Production Entry, Material Transfer/Return Note, and Scrap Note Entry.
Purchase, the fourth add-on, provides quotation requests, delivery schedules, offers received from vendors, compares quotations, confirms import purchase orders, gives cargo arrival notice and calculates duties.
The fifth add-on, quality, has key features including Parameter Master, Layout Parameter Master, Control Plan, Initial Production Inspection, In-Process Inspection, and Final Product Inspection.
The sixth is sales, which sets sales delivery schedules, provides sales quotations, registers inquiries, determines approval/authorization process, logs in purchase orders into the system.
And the final add-on is sub-contracting, which provides critical information about job/manufacturing outsourcing in a manufacturing organisation.
