Applied Biosystems and scientific IT specialist Integromics have launched an integrated hardware and software solution for analysing real-time PCR data.
This product integrates Integromics’ Real-Time StatMiner software with any of Applied Biosystems’ line of real-time PCR systems, enabling the visualisation and statistical analysis of the raw data from the instrument. Users of the software are guided through the analysis process, enabling its use without extensive bioinformatics expertise.
The Applied Biosystems-Integromics solution is the first commercially available offering that integrates the system that generates the data with the software that is used to analyse it.
