CST – Computer Simulation Technology – has announced the incorporation of its office in Bengaluru, India.

The founding of Computer Simulation Technology India is a major milestone in the company’s operations in India. CST software products have been available in India for more than a decade through official distributors Step Electronics and Jyoti Electronics. Employees in the newly established company will continue to work together with distributors for the sale and support of CST software products.

'With the founding of CST India, we can continue to develop our customer-focused services, providing users in the region with personalised, hands-on support,' said Marko Walter, sales director for India and South-East Asia.

The incorporation marks the commitment from CST to address the ongoing demand for electromagnetic simulation software in the thriving Indian market.

'CST has been available in the Indian market for quite some time, but with the incorporation of our office in Bengaluru, we hope to further help designers, engineers and researchers across India get the electromagnetic simulation tools they need,' added Martin Timm, marketing director.

CST India will organise training sessions and workshops, while also attending conferences throughout the region.
