Progenesis SameSpots v3.0

Nonlinear Dynamics has released version 3.0 of Progenesis SameSpots, the enabling technology behind the HUPO Reproducibility Study which proved that quantitative proteomics can be reproduced across labs.

This new version also offers typical analysis times of five minutes per image and includes a more complete workflow, flexibility in experimental groupings, statistical tagging tools, a new spot picking workflow and concise reporting.

It is now also possible to add images to an existing analysed experiment, which extends the scope of the experimental design and can be useful for clinical proteomics studies where samples are often collected over time.
