New US distributors for Syngene

Syngene has strengthened its US presence with the appointment of two new distributors, Bartlett-Williams Scientific Resources and Imgen Technologies. It has also appointed a new sales manager for its own US commercial team.

Imgen and Bartlett-Williams specialise in image analysis. Both distributors have networks of scientific sales professionals that will market Syngene’s high quality gel documentation and image analyser range, plus Dyversity and Dymension Syngene’s unrivalled system and software for imaging and analysing 2D protein gels.

To reinforce this marketing strategy in North America, Syngene has recruited imaging expert Bob Coyne as Syngene’s US Sales Manager. Coyne spent more than seven years as a regional sales manager with Fujifilm Life Sciences Imaging group, and an additional eight years marketing equipment for scientific applications. This has provided Coyne with extensive experience to draw from, which he will use to offer advice and support on many technical aspects of Syngene’s products.
