Oracle announces compute instances with 3rd Gen Intel Xeon Ice Lake processors

Oracle has announced the availability of new computing instances with 3rd Gen Intel Xeon Ice Lake processors. These new instances are available in a limited preview, with worldwide general availability on April 28, 2021. The launch of these new instances is the latest step in Oracle’s commitment to providing enterprise-grade capability for compute-intensive and high-performance computing (HPC) workloads.
