LMS completes share acquisition of Imagine

LMS has completed the acquisition of the privately held shares of Imagine, and now plans to make an offer to buy the remaining 7 per cent currently in the hands of the public.

The shareholders will be individually informed of the conditions proposed by LMS, which include a fixed acquisition price of €32 per share. Once it owns all the public shares, LMS plans to remove Imagine’s listing from the Marché Libre of Euronext Paris.

The acquisition is a move to expand LMS’s simulation software line with Imagine’s 1D multi-domain system simulation software for mechanical and mechatronic systems.
