Camo, a supplier of multivariate data analysis and design of experiments, has integrated its Unscrambler technology with Symbion-DX and RX Process Analytical Technology (PAT) software, providing a comprehensive capability for process analytical methods development and on-line deployment.

Pharmaceutical industries have for long struggled with the real-time data acquisition of in-line, at-line, on-line and off-line data. Alignment of all this data in a consistent and structured way is important in order to predict product quality based on multivariate models. Integration of Symbion solutions with the Unscrambler platform provides users all of the predictive and diagnostic tools found in The Unscrambler, configured in a way that allows real time quality control.

Symbion-DX and RX provide standardised platforms for controlling a wide range of spectrometers and other analytical instruments. In addition, they feature extensive data manipulation and application development capabilities as well as the ability to communicate with numerous third party programs and enterprise-wide data systems.
