Elsevier Information Systems has established an advisory board to oversee the development of the CrossFire Beilstein Database for organic chemistry. The board contains 11 members, includes Nobel Prize winners Professor Robert Grubbs and Dr Karl Sharpless. The database contains more than 320 million facts about 10 million compounds.
