Genedata Screener 9
14 January 2011
Genedata has introduced a new version of Genedata Screener, a comprehensive software system for high content data analysis. Screener version 9 features an enhanced user interface for simultaneous processing of multiple dose-response curve assays and high content image display across the entire screening cascade. These features advance the speed and accuracy of all plate-based screening while out-of-the-box integration with image store solutions such as PerkinElmer Columbus image data management and analysis system, and Thermo Scientific store database, creates a cost-efficient HCS data management infrastructure.
A modular system that supports the complete hit-to-lead process on a single platform, Genedata Screener scales from single plates to screens of millions of compounds. All industry-standard screening result calculations are incorporated into the system, which creates a single access point to data and images for downstream applications. It also features improved HCS image access and display with on-demand drill-down to original HCS images during dose-response analysis. New visualisations display complex images from multi-channelled HCS experiments including composites, masks and overlays. They serve the in-depth qualification and systematic analysis of compound effects on cellular phenotypes.
Managing multiple dose-dependent HCS features in parallel, Condoseo displays original HCS images alongside the dose-response curves. Its dockable user interface makes navigation easy among multiple assays and it allows simultaneous processing of multiple assays, fitting hundreds to thousands of high-quality dose-response curves in seconds. A further enhancement is that the Kinetics Analyser now imports data from all time-resolved screening instruments, including label-free and automated electrophysiology experiments, and provides interactive access to kinetics traces as well as custom curve analysis methods.
