Matlab module for DADiSP
14 February 2007
Adept is distributing a module that allows Matlab files to be manipulated, analysed and presented in DADiSP – an interactive graphics worksheet. Ownership of Matlab is not necessary to run this module.
The module is dialogue-based, and allows real and complex arrays, string variables, structures and cells to be imported. DADiSP uses a generalised data construct called a data series, rather than the matrices Matlab uses. This allows representation of any scientific or technical data, from a time domain radar signal to a medical image.
Users will be able to take advantage of DADiSP’s easy-to-use GUI, which includes simple pull down menus, dialogue boxes and ‘live’ windows that are instantly updated when a variable is changed.
