Golden Software, a provider of scientific graphics software, has released Grapher 10, a 2D and 3D graphing program.
Introduced in 1986, Grapher is designed primarily for scientists, engineers, and business professionals, and can convert data into more than 60 customisable graph types. Grapher boasts an easy-to-use interface and the ability to create professional publication-quality graphs quickly and easily.
New features include 3D vector plots, contour function plots, and Q-Q plots. Vector plots connect two points in 3D space with an arrow. The contour function plot creates a 3D function plot based on two input variables (Y as a function of X and Z).
The Q-Q plot compares a data set to another data set or to a normal distribution, allowing statistical interpretation.
