The Numerical Algorithms Group (NAG)
Following successful testing on the Juqueen supercomputer in Jülich, Germany, the availability of Nag’s numerical libraries for IBM’s Blue Gene/Q third generation massively parallel supercomputer has been announced. In addition, NAG also provides software engineering and performance services for IBM BlueGene/Q (and other supercomputers), supporting customers in scaling their own application codes to make better use of the massively parallel Blue Gene/Q architecture.
The NAG Library provides a de-facto standard for hundreds of the most reliable numerical routines. It is available on many other platforms including IBM, Intel, AMD, Fujitsu and others. The flexibility of the Library means it can also be called from many languages and environments covering Fortran, C, C++ and most other common environments.
