MEMS design company joins start-up software hub

7 June 2007

Coventor has agreed to make its MEMS design software available to selected start-ups and small business electronic design companies, by joining the Institute for System Level Integration (ISLI) software hub.

Start-ups and SMEs (small-to-medium enterprises) who meet the selection criteria will be granted a license to the CoventorWare design environment, which will be hosted by ISLI, for a minimum of a six-months.

Tony Harker, CEO of ISLI, commented: ‘The addition of MEMS software suites to our expanding hub will significantly enhance our ability to provide access routes into an exciting growth area for micro- and nanotechnology based systems.’
