The University of Bristol has bought a licence for the current version of DNAStar’s Lasergene software for the next three years. Lasergene is an easy-to-use suite of tools for DNA and protein sequencing and analysis.
The university joins a growing list of organisations to use Lasergene. Bob Steinhauser, DNAStar’s director of marketing, stated: ‘DNAStar has a long history of partnering with leading research organisations in the UK. Our relationship with the University of Bristol goes back 15 years, during which time the University has seen a steady growth in Lasergene's usage as its capabilities became better known.’
