They have an immediate requirement for a pharmaceutical Laboratory Manager to oversee the provision of a full range of laboratory services to the site in accordance with the company requirements for quality safety and efficiency.

Interested candidates will have an appropriate qualification in Chemistry with experience of supervising a team of laboratory staff within a pharmaceutical GMP/GLP environment.

You will be responsible for writing and reviewing documents for regulatory submissions and completing a review of study-level draft Protocols and draft SAPs ensuring all information required for the CSR, ISS and ISE will be presented appropriately. You will also provide Medical Writing input for the preparation of Clinical Study Reports.

Our client is at the forefront of Biopharmaceutical Drug Development. They currently have an exciting opportunity within their Formulations department for a Senior Development Scientist. The role will involve analytical support for the formulations department.

The successful candidate will be educated to PhD level in a relevant science discipline, preferably Pharmacology. You will have 3-4 years experience in industry with experience in some the skills. Method development of HPLC, Reverse Phase, Size Exclusion and ion. Electrophoresis, SDS-Page, IEF blots and Elisa's.

Experience in preformulations of liquids, freeze-drying and optimisation of methods would also be viewed as beneficial. Also outsourcing and 3rd party exposure maybe required.

You will work on global development strategies to ensure that the Project Development Strategy will achieve business goals and will lead to the rapid development of commercially successful products.

You will also provide regulatory guidance and strategies to multidisciplinary teams in the maintenance, updating and geographic expansion of authorised medicinal products and support changes brought about by the addition of new clinical indications.

The successful candidate will be educated to at least degree level. You will have experience in Regulatory Affairs including exposure to both Product Development and Marketed Products.

We are seeking applications from exceptional candidates for a post-doctoral research associate position in the Computer-Aided Drug Discovery Group at Pfizer Global Research & Development, Ann Arbor, Michigan, to carry out research in the development and application of network theory and related concepts to early stage drug discovery efforts. Work will involve the development and implementation of novel and existing algorithms as well as developing strategies to manage extremely large data sets. The successful candidate will be required to maintain excellent records of all work performed, share results with colleagues at other Pfizer sites, and present his/her findings internally and externally.

The development group is responsible for the software development of all IDBS products. The Group is broken down into teams for each product line along with QA and Technical Infrastructure areas.
The Software Developer role described will be a key member of this team responsible for the maintenance and development of all products within a team. It will enable us to continually expand the IDBS product set by developing innovative and robust solutions to business requirements.

To provide customers and IDBS Consultants with off-site support relating to the use of IDBS products and custom templates/applications, with the aim of increasing customer satisfaction in relation to the use of IDBS products. This role involves working a rotating shift pattern to cover all IDBS customer sites.

• Experience of laboratory work in a pharmaceutical or biotech company would be ideal.
• Prior experience of using ActivityBase or similar biological/chemical data management software is an added advantage.
